Reliance has a named circular-polymer route at Jamnagar. The real work is to preserve quality and chain of custody from waste plastic to pyrolysis oil to a grade that a buyer can run.
Reliance's FY2025-26 integrated report says Jamnagar has ISCC PLUS-certified production of CircuRepol and CircuRelene circular polymers from chemically recycled plastic-waste pyrolysis oil. The same report describes PET recycling, polyolefin recycling and circular-polymer development. Public sources do not establish plant allocation, feedstock supplier, product-grade TDS, batch availability or buyer commitment.

Chemical recycling can support a circular-polymer lane only if feedstock quality, allocation and product performance remain controlled.

Jamnagar gives Reliance a real physical entry point. It does not turn all plastic waste into a qualified polymer. The material decision lives in the chain from specific waste input to a specific buyer-grade resin.
